David was born 17 December 1592, in Clarkenwell, Middlesex, England and married 13 July 1613 in Plymouth, Devonshire, England, Amias COLE, the daughter of William and Agnes (BRYANT) COLE. She was born 3 October 1597, at St. Andrews Parish, Plymouth, Devonshire, England, and died after 1670 in New York. He died December 1628 on Thompson's Island in Boston Harbor near Dorchester.
