Isaac was born about 1657 in Marlboro, Middlesex, Massachusetts and married before 1684 in Concord, Middlesex, Massachusetts Rebecca CONCORD She was born about 1573 in Hadleigh, Suffolk, England and died 3 September 1728 in Framingham, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Isaac died 12 August 1685 in Marlboro, Middlesex, Massachusetts.

Rebecca married second 8 September 1688 in Concord, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Samuel NEWTON.

Rebecca married third before 1698 Phillip PRATT.

Ermina Newton Leonard says of Rebecca: "We are not positive who this Rebeckah Newton was; but there is every reason to believe she was the widow of Isaac Newton 2, uncle of Samuel 3 above ..... she married Phillip Pratt of Framingham some time before 1698."
"The court held 3 March 3, 1690-1, Samuel Newton of Marlborough and Rebecca Newton his wife, widow of his uncle Isaac Newton, were presened for living together incestious and having two children. The marriage being within the line of affinity prohibited by the Law of England, and they were forbidden to cohabit together."
"The two children of Samuel Newton and his wife Rebecca were probably brought up by their grandfather, John Newton 2, whose will, and their portions in his estate, would indicate they had long been members of his family."
