Amos was born 10 March 1842; in Howell, Livingston County, Michigan and married 1868 in Livingston County Michigan, Mary Jane BUCKNELL, the daughter of Thomas and G. BUCLKNELL
Note(She is the sister of Elizabeth BUCKNELL who married Amos's uncle Morris THOMPSON).
She was born April 1845 in Michigan and died 20 August 1931 in Michigan. Amos died 18 November 1890 in Howell. Livingston, Michgan.
