She was born 12 May 1829 in Stroud, Gloucestershire, England, and died 28 March 1885 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois. nothing more is known about Richard POWELL.

Emily married second Rufus M. HOUSE in Chicago, Cook, Illinois. They had no Children.

Note Emily A is Emily Ann FISHER daughter of Joseph and Esther FISHER and Eliza is her sister. I cannot tell if she is Eliza or Elizabeth because of the age given. Eliza is age 7 in 1841 and age 17 in 1851 English census. Elizabeth age 2 in 1841 and age 11 in 1851 the only other places I find thes girls in any records. Blanch is Blanch POWELL sister of Walter and Step Daughter of Rufus HOUSE My great Grandmother RF.
