Mary married second 19 July 1802, in Newent, Gloucestershire, England. Thomas GREENE.
After Richard's death at the age of 39 his brother Philip brought up his children. This is proven by Philip JAMES' will dated in 1821 naming his nephews and nieces as heirs Elizabeth is named as being the wife of William POWELL inkeeper. Philip James brother of Richard owned the Sign of the Bull Inn. This Inn was given to Elizabeth's sister Sarah who married Lawrence BROWN(E).
