The residue of my goods to John Pease, my kinsman John White, my brother, and Thomas Whit my brother, whom I make executors. To my aunt Anne Pease 40s.

The will of Lawrence's mother, Joan White of Springfield, widow, dtd 24 Dec 1570, names sons John, William, Lawrence and Thomas and daughters Joan White and Margery. (52)

Anne was either the sister of this Joan, widow White, maiden name unknown, or was the sister of her husband, and therefore, Anne's maiden name was White.
