Feb. 7, 1682/3, lot of Teunis Cornelisse Swart is conveyed to Jacob Meese Vrooman by the Magistrates of Schenectady.

Jan 3, 1680/1 Leysebeth De Lendt, widow of Teunis, declares herself to be honestly & truly indebted & in arrears to the honorable diaconate of the Reformed Church here in this town in the sum of 454 guilders, seawan for money loaned && to her content received, which sum of 454 guilder. seawan she promises to pay to the said diaconate at the first opportunity, whereto she specially bindes her land lying at Shinnechady, being lot #10 between Symon d'Backer & Jan van Eps & generally her person & estate, submitting the same to the authority of all lords, courts, tribunals & judges.
.....The forgoing obligation is thankfully paid by Jacob Meuse Vroomen in heavy pieces of 8, agio at 9 1/2 %, to our full satisfaction..Pieter Schuyler, Albert Rcykman, Deacons.

Feb. 20, Schenectady Deeds, Leysebeth conveyed 8 acres from the extreme south end of allotment #10 to her son Esaias Swart. Wouter Uythoff conveyed the remainder of the house lot & Lot #10 to Claas Lawrence Van der Volgen, husband of Marytje Swart for 540 beavers. July 25, 1699, Leysebeth took charge of Jan Verbeecks (her stepfather) estate.
