She was born about 8 October 1887 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota and died June 1956, in Owatonna, Steele, Minnesota. George died 10 August 1967 in Dodge Center, Dodge, Minnesota

M/M George Osborn received a message Sat. informing them that their son Richard Osborn, Seaman 2nd Class had been wounded in action. He enlisted Sept. 1942. They haven't known his whereabouts since. They are beginning to think July 3 an unlucky day. One year ago that day, Mr. Osborn & Jimmy were injured in the ??
Mrs. George I. Osborn, a local resident for nearly 50 yr. died Monday evening in the Owatonna hospital. She was 68 yr. old & had been a patient for a week. The former Anna Mae Lent, was born Oct. 8, 1887 in Mpls. On Nov. 6, 1907 she was married to Mr. Osborn, & they moved here shortly after their marriage.
She is survived by her husband; 6 sons Delos of Saginaw, MI., Richard & James both of Dodge Center; Everett of Presque Isle, MA., Ross of Waseca, & Earl of Louisville, KY. One daughter preceded her in death in 1937.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thurs. at the Dodge Center Methodist church with the Rev. Charles B. Pavey officiating. Interment will be in the Riverside cemetery here. Friends may call at the Corey Funeral Home from Wed. evening until noon Thur. & then at the church until the time of service.
Gert Airis's black book said George's wife was May Linch. I believe Anna Mae Lent is correct.
George Irving Osborn, 83, died unexpectedly at his home here Thursday, Aug. 10, of a heart attack. A native of South Dakota, Mr. Osborn was born June 18, 1884. He married Anna Mae Lent Nov. 6, 1907 at Mpls. She died in June 1956.
Mr. Osborn had been a bulk oil agent here for many years & had also been employed at the canning factory.
He is survived by one brother, John, of Van Nuys, CA; 6 sons, Delos of So. St. Paul, Richard Sr. of Dodge Center, Everett of Presque Isle, ME, Ross of Waseca, Earl of Louisville, KY., & James of LeRoy. 10 grandchildren & 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, a daughter, Avis & 4 sisters.
Funeral services were held Sunday in the First Congregational Church with the Rev. Gordon Heriot officiating. Mrs. Donald Nelson of St.. Paul was organist & Mr. Nelson was soloist. Bearers were Hilton Shuster, Clayton Loutzenhiser, George Gilman, Edgar Shaw, Bertil Nelson, & Eugene Nelson. Burial was in Riverside cemetery.
The Corey Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
