John was born 9 June 1684, Simsbury, Hartford, Connecticut, and married 28 October 1719, Sarah CASE, the daughter of John CASE and Sarah HOLCOMB. She was born 18 April 1713 in Simsbury, Hartford, Connecticut, and died 5 October 1750 age 52. John died 25 February 1758, in Simsbury Hartford, Connecticut. Sarah is burried in the East Granby Cemetery located near East Granby Center and there is a Stone there that has only John GRIFFIN on it.
