Steven Blair was born in Ontario, Canada, and married Traci Annette LEE, the daughter of Charles E. LEE and Edris Kaye HOWARD. Traci had been previously married to Brad CREVISTON by whom she had a daughter Alycia Loryn CREVISTON. She married Steve soon after the divorce was final. Steve and Traci were divorced in April 2001.
