George L was born 24 October 1829, in Verona, Oneida, New York, and married 11 August 1860 in Verona, Oneida, New York, H. Ellen FLEISHMAN the daughter of Aupustus FLEISHMAN and Ellen GLADWELL. She was born April 1857, and died 1932 in , Oneida, New York. George died 1914 in , Oneida, New York.

has the following on CHAMBERLIN:

CHAMBERLIN, George L., was born in the town of Verona, N. Y., October 24, 1829. He was educated in the common schools and Vernon Academy and aftenvards taught school for five years, but is now engaged in farming. August 11, 1880, he married H. Ellen FLEISHMAN, of this town, by whom he had three children: Marion F., Rhoda A. and Bayard L.

Mrs. CHAMBERLIN's father, Aupustus FLEISHMAN, was born in Prussia, Germany, in 1820 where he was educated, and was a farmer by occupation. He came to the United States in 1858 and located here. He married Ellen GLADWELL, Formerly of England, by whom he had nine children: Prederick, William, Ellen, Emma, Josephine, Julia, George, Charles and Evelyn. The ancestry of this family is English and German.
