He married second 22 March 1658, in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut, Sarah ROCKWELL, the daughter of William ROCKWELL, and Susannah CAPEN. She was born, 21 July 1638, in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut, and died 17 August 1683, in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut.
Walter died 9 August 1689, both in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut.

Edward Stebbins of Hartford, had Joseph, b. 13 May 1649, wh. was one of the first sett. at Waterbury, after of Durham; Mary, 19 Mar. 1651; Joanna, 5 Feb. 1653; Benjamin, 12 Apr. 1655; Isaac, 21 June 1657. His w. d. 29 June 1657, and he m. 22 Mar. 1658, Sarah, d. of William Rockwell, had Eliezur, 7 Mar. 1662; and Sarah, 13 Apr. 1665; d. 9 Aug. 189; so that three of the four s. of deac. William d. within few wks. Joanna m. 16 Dec. 1669, John Porter.

Hello Michael Holiday, I was so excited to find a common thread! I have:Nicholas (Gailard) (Gaylard) Gaylord Abt 1525-1546. John N. Gaylord Abt 1552- 1607. William Gaylord (Deacon) 1582-1673. Walter Gaylord 1622-1689 then you follow Joseph W Gaylord 1624-1667 while I have followed a brother: Eliezer (Rockwell) Gaylord 1661/62-1714. Samuel. Samuel Jr.. Johnathan. Johnathan. Sylvester. Charles. Howard. Robert Wilson Gaylord (my father). me mine. I now live near Phoenix, AZ. It has been a great journey from Windsor, Conn to Ohio to Michigan on on. I have discovered many interesting facts from studying our past as I am sure you have. I will be happy to share more if you are interested.
