Samuel was born about 1656 in Stratford, Fairfield, Connecticut and married first 15 Sep 1685 Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut, Abigail WHEELER the daughter of Ephraim WHEELER and Ann TURNEY. She was born about 1654 in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and died about 1699, Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut.
He married second 1700 Elizabeth WHEELER the daughter of John WHEELER and Judith TURNEY, the widow of John CURTIS. and third 6 November 1711, Abigail JONES. All children were from the first marriage.
