She died 6 January 1920.
For many years Edgar S WAITE resided at Cramahe, where he owned a farm. In 1908 he retired to Colbourne, Ontario.

Edgar was the second oldest son of Griffin Waite and farmed the south 100 acres of lot 11, Concession 4 the next lot west of John Sprung. Later Reuben Waite raised his family on this farm and Edgar retired in 1908 and lived in Colborne, ON. Edgar Waite's brick home burned Oct. 1902, was rebuilt and burned later when Reuben lived in it; June 24, 1941.
The family cemetery (Waite's) and, the Methodist Church were located on the south west corner of the farm.
The Hinmans lived south across the road and the Murphy's to the west. The concession road runs on west to Edville where the bricks were taken from the Waite Church to build a new one.
The location of the cemetery and the churh are clearly shown in the 1878 Belden Atlas of Cramahe Township.
In 1867 Edgar's son-in-law, George H. Brown bought the north west 1/4 of Lot 10, Concession 4 from John Sprung. In 1869 he bought the north east 1/4 and later sold the whole north 1/2 to Edgar Waite.
