acres of the north west part of Lot 14, Concession 1, Cramahe Twp., from
William Campbell. Campbell had obtained the Crown Patent for all 200 acres on 13 June 1801. Bargain and Sale bearing date the ninth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven at Cramahe in the County of Northumberland, District of Newcastle and Province of Upper Canada made between William Campbell and Jeremiah Beatys of the aforesaid Township of Cramahe, yeoman, ...... being one hundred of the north end of lot number Fourteen in the First Concession of the Township of Cramahe ...
