Lucy TAYLOR was born 18 May 1830, at Grafton, Lorain Ohio, and she married James Madison WELCH, the son of James Fleming WELCH and Elizabeth Lawley PERKINS. He was born in 1828 at Carthage, Hancock, Illinois, and died in 1854 in San Bernardino, San Bernardino, California. She died in 1886.
