He married second after 23 August 1816 in Le Roy, Genesee, New York, Lydia Ann BATCHELDER the daughter of Timothy BATCHELDER and Anna or Nancy MORRELL. She was born 9 April 1793 in Danville, Caledonia, Vermont and died 1830 in Le Roy, Genesee,New York.

David died 6 October 1829 in Le Roy, Genesee, New York.
