She was born 15 April 1805 in Bastard, Leeds, Ontario, Canada and died 4 June 1842 in Springfield, Sangamon, Illinois. Erastus died 8 September 1831 in Bastard, Leeds, Ontario, Canada

When Erastus Nathaniel Hinckley died at a young age from tuberculosis,the whole family rallied. The Hinckley children went to live with uncles and grandparents until their mother remarried and was able to care for them again. Consequently, Hyrum's younger brother Zadock lived a good share of the time with Uncle Ira.

Lois JUDD HINCKLEY remarried 18 May 1833 in St Johns, leeds, Ontario, Canada, Levi Judd.
