Mrs.Annie Dunham Lockwood, wife of William Lockwood, died early Wednesday morning at the residence of Ira Calkins in Highland. She was 82 years, 6 months and 5 days of age. Mrs. Lockwood was born in New York state and came to Michigan in 1843. In 1860 she was married to William Lockwood, who survives her. Five weeks ago a fall resulted in a fractured hip and a few hours before her death she suffered a stroke of paralysis.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Townsend of the Highland Congregational church at the residence of I. W. Calkins on Friday forenoon at 10 o'clock
